WGPM started the cost estimation & evaluation business since the company was established in 1993, and had been listed in one of those firms which were firstly certified Grade-A cost estimation consultant firms.
In 2006, in order to meet rapidly growing needs from the booming market, WGPM established a wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Wanguo Construction Consulting Co., Ltd., (WGCC) which was specialized in cost-related consulting services, such as cost estimation, life-cycle cost control…etc.
